Helmets, Comfort & Refunds

Helmet use is required for safety. We understand that for some guests, wearing a helmet or being seated in a UTV may cause anxiety or sensory overload. If a guest is unable to participate due to helmet discomfort, anxiety, or sensory-related challenges, and the ride doesn’t work out, we will be happy to issue a refund.

Your comfort and safety matter to us, and we never want families to feel pressured to continue an experience that is not the right fit.
